Data underlying Figures 2-5 in "Productivity-Adjusted Life Year Loss among the Late Middle-aged Adults in China"
Description
This dataset contains the underlying data used to generate Figures 2-5 in the manuscript "Productivity-Adjusted Life Year Loss among the Late Middle-aged Adults in China." The data are derived from the China Aging and Retirement Simulation Model (CHARISMA), a validated microsimulation model that projects productivity-adjusted life years (PALYs) for the Chinese population aged 50-64 years. The dataset includes: Figure 2: Average PALYs by age cohort (50-54, 55-59, 60-64 years) and sociodemographic characteristics (sex, residence, education level, and marital status) Figure 3: Total accrued PALYs from 2018 to 2032 for the cohort aged 50-64 in 2018, stratified by age group and calendar year Figure 4: PALY losses attributable to specific health conditions (dyslipidemia, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and others) across the three age cohorts Figure 5: Relative contributions of different health conditions to total PALY loss across age cohorts
