This dataset contains 170 survey responses examining the drivers of artificial intelligence (AI) technology adoption in human resource management (HRM) among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, based on an integration of the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data were collected via an online questionnaire (Google Form) distributed to SMEs across various industry sectors and regions in Indonesia between October 1–30, 2024, using non-probability purposive sampling from the BPS Indonesia SME database. This dataset supports the analysis reported in the manuscript "Drivers of AI Technology Adoption in SME Human Resource Management: A TOE and TAM Integration."
