Description

This data were collected during research of "Exploring of culturable bacterial population from two different marine aquaculture industries in Indonesia's marine aquaculture center". This research compared two population feature among shrimp and fish marine culture industries. The three villages are Patas Village, which symbolizes the shrimp pond region, Gerokgak Village, which has almost equal numbers of grouper hatcheries and shrimp ponds, and Penyabangan Village, which has a preponderance of grouper hatcheries. One grouper hatchery, one shrimp pond industry, and the coastal waters adjacent to the two industries in each village were used to collect water samples. Total bacteria, Vibrio sp., and fungal populations were isolated using culture-based methods
