Description

This repository contains data related to the manuscript "An open-source, slider-crank mechanism based pneumatic pulse generator for microfluidic cell stretch assays" by S. Olson, M. Finley, and R. Thakur. The manuscript describes a custom incubator-friendly, battery-powered pressure/vacuum source instrument that can be used for microfluidic experiments. This repository contains the design files that can be used to replicate the instrument, including STL files for the 3D printed components, DXF files for the laser cut components, Arduino firmware, and electrical schematics. Instructions for assembly and use can be found within the manuscript itself, or in "BuildInstructions.pdf" within this repository.
