This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric and science mapping analysis of global research on athlete mental health published between 2015 and 2025. Using Scopus-indexed publications and visualization tools (Biblioshiny and VOSviewer), it examines publication trends, influential authors, collaboration networks, intellectual structure, and thematic evolution. The findings reveal the rapid growth and multidisciplinary development of the field, highlighting emerging themes such as digital mental health, wellbeing, and organizational support. The study provides valuable insights into research gaps and future directions to inform researchers, practitioners, and policymakers.
