Exploring Actual and Perceived Physical activity levels among students: An Epidemiological Study

Description

This dataset accompanies the study titled “Exploring Actual and Perceived Physical Activity Levels among Students: An Epidemiological Study.” The dataset includes demographic characteristics, self-reported perceptions of physical activity, and objectively measured physical activity parameters collected from student participants. The study aims to examine the relationship between perceived and actual physical activity levels and to identify factors associated with discrepancies between the two measures. All data have been anonymized to protect participant confidentiality and were collected in accordance with approved ethical procedures. The dataset is shared to support transparency, facilitate secondary analyses, and encourage further research on physical activity behaviors among student populations.
