This dataset consists of responses gathered from a Google Forms survey carried out in Bangladesh to seek students' perception, experience and attitudes towards the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education and personalized learning. The survey aims to examine the ways in which AI tools, including ChatGPT, Grammarly, Gemini, Duolingo, and others are being used by students for learning and the influence of these tools on engagement, motivation, and personalized learning. Data analysis, machine learning classification, educational research on AI adoption in learning environments: This dataset can be used for these purposes. Dataset Overview: Country: Bangladesh Total Records: 1511 Data Source: Google Forms Survey Problem statement: Missing elementary data sets for digital education and AI systems. Features (Columns) The dataset has 11 features as follows: Timestamp – Time of response submission Age group of respondent – Age (2015) Gender2 – Gender of the person being addressed Have you heard about AI in education? – Awareness on the use of AI in education Using AI learning tools – Yes/No Which of those AI tools have you used? – More than one AI tool used (ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.) Do you think that AI can individualise learning? – Perceived individualisation AI feedback experienced? – Experienced personalized feedback from AI Does AI enhance engagement and motivation? – Student opinions on engagement Concerns about use of AI in learning – (e.g., dependency, lack of awareness) In the education sector, AI is recommended to help students with their assignments.In education, AI is recommended to support students in assignments.
