Original Excel dataset containing the measured soil carbon (δ¹³C) and nitrogen (δ¹⁵N) isotopic compositions, MIR and Vis–NIR–SWIR spectral data, and associated soil properties used to develop and validate the spectroscopic prediction models for Amazonian floodplain forest soils in Brazil. The dataset provides the raw data supporting all statistical analyses and model evaluations presented in this study.
