Description

Our upcoming article to be published in iScience, titled "PAR2–β-arrestin 2–ERK axis mediates Malassezia globosa-induced IL-17 response by disrupting ZO-1 in keratinocytes", presents our original, unprocessed data alongside our paper through Mendeley Data.

The protein fractions were extracted using Protein Extraction Kit (Beyotime, Shanghai, China). Based on our previous experiment, the blots were incubated with primary antibodies PAR2, β-arrestin 2, p-ERK, ERK1/2, IL-17, ZO-1, Occludin, Claudin-1, and GAPDH at a 1:1000 dilution. They were then incubated with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies (Proteintech, Wuhan, China) and visualized using enhanced chemiluminescence (Millipore, MA, USA). All experiments were conducted with three independent repetitions.
