Description

This dataset provides case data for formulating and benchmarking equilibrium problems with equilibrium constraints (EPECs) in coupled carbon emission trading, electricity, and renewable energy certificate markets. The case combines the standard IEEE RTS-96 network, comprising 73 buses and 120 branches, with 13 strategic market participants: nine conventional generation owners, three renewable generation owners, and one energy storage owner. It covers a 24-hour horizon with hourly resolution. The CSV files contain network parameters, participant-to-bus mappings, generation costs and operating limits, renewable availability profiles, demand bounds and utility coefficients for 51 price-responsive load groups, storage parameters, bidding action sets, and carbon and certificate market parameters. Transmission constraints follow a lossless DC power flow representation, and all monetary parameters are denominated in Chinese renminbi (RMB). These data provide a common numerical basis for comparing equilibrium solution methods across the three coupled markets.
