Description

This dataset provides statistical reporting for all analyses presented in the associated manuscript. The Excel workbook is organized by experimental series and corresponding manuscript figures. It includes omnibus and planned-comparison test statistics, degrees of freedom, exact and multiplicity-adjusted p values, effect sizes with 95% confidence intervals, trend analyses, and non-significant findings. For Kaplan-Meier analyses, the dataset additionally reports the numbers of events and right-censored observations in each experimental group, median time to event, log-rank test statistics, and Mantel-Haenszel hazard ratios with 95% confidence intervals. The dataset is intended to support transparent evaluation and reproducibility of the statistical analyses reported in the manuscript.

Statistical analyses were performed using GraphPad Prism version 11.0.0 (93) (GraphPad Software, USA), following the procedures described in the Statistical analysis section of the associated manuscript.
