Replication Package for "Workforce Aging and Regional Growth"

This dataset contains the replication materials for the paper "Workforce Aging and Regional Growth." The package includes the datasets, Stata programs, and documentation required to reproduce all tables and figures reported in the paper.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download and extract the replication package. 2. Place all files in a single working directory. 3. Open Stata (version 18 or later). 4. Set the working directory to the replication folder. 5. Run replication_workforce_aging.do. 6. The program automatically generates all tables and figures reported in the paper, including Tables 1–4 and Figures 1–5.
