Description

In the file DS1-SST_data_anomaly.csv we provide daily average sea surface temperatures extracted from the GHRSST L4 Global Foundation dataset between January 1, 2003, and December 31, 2028 for two regions of interest- the first being located atop the Great Bahama Bank (‘Mean On-Platform’), and the second situated in the adjacent deep waters of the Straits of Florida (‘Mean Off-Platform’). Temperature differential between the Mean On-Platform and the Mean Off-Platform water masses are presented in the column labeled ‘Anomaly’. In the file DS2-Whitings.csv we provide daily counts of whitings on Great Bahama Bank between January 1, 2003, and December 31, 2018 which was produced using a convolutional neural network (CNN) Faster R-CNN. Methods are described in the associated manuscript. Missing dates have been excluded. In the file DS3-SeaLevel.csv we provide monthly average sea level measurements for Virginia Key, Key West, and Settlement Point tide gauges from the NOAA databases (https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov). Empty cells indicate no data collected.
