Steps to reproduce

This dataset supports the findings of our study and enables reproducibility of the Mendelian Randomization (MR) and integrative analyses. The supplementary tables and figures are provided as part of this data package. Please follow the steps below: qPCR Primer Sequences Table S1 contains the sequences of primers used for qPCR validation of candidate genes. GWAS Dataset Information The characteristics of the GWAS datasets used in discovery and replication stages are listed in Table S2. Mendelian Randomization Analyses Table S3 presents MR results for discovery cohorts using the Wald ratio or IVW method. Table S4 shows MR results for replication cohorts using the same methods. Table S5 includes results of heterogeneity tests. Table S6 contains results of horizontal pleiotropy tests. Table S7 provides meta-analysis results combining both discovery and replication cohorts. Gene-Level Quality Control Table S8 summarizes quality control metrics for 41 genes during MR, SMR, and colocalization analyses, including instrument strength and posterior probabilities. Tissue Enrichment Analysis Table S9 includes MAGMA analysis results for 53 GTEx tissues related to AGA. Visualization of Genetic Effects Figures S1 to S20 show SMR effect plots and locus plots for 10 prioritized genes after quality control. Figures S21 to S40 display PheWAS analysis results for the same 10 therapeutic targets. Software and Tools Used R version 4.3.2 TwoSampleMR package version 0.5.6 SMR software version 1.03 GTEx v8 reference expression panel Note All GWAS summary statistics and functional genomics data used in this study were obtained from publicly available databases, including GWAS Catalog, FinnGen, and the GTEx Portal. Data source identifiers are provided in the relevant supplementary tables.
