Steps to reproduce

1) Download all files. 2) Create a folder in Google Drive and copy all the files into it. 3) Change the Google Drive folder sharing settings to "Anyone with the link" can view the files. 4) Edit the Google Colaboratory Notebook "Imported_data_Electric_Arc_IEC63027.ipynb" to change the Google Drive File IDs to the IDs of the files in your Google Drive folder. The Notebook indicates where each file ID should be written. 5) Run the Google Colaboratory Notebook.
