Description
Transcriptomics are the all set of transcripts in a turtle specimen or transcripts present in a particular cell type of this species. The transcriptome change aboout external environmental conditions. Transcriptome includes all mRNA transcripts in the cell and reflects the genes that are being expressed at any given time, with the exception of mRNA degradation phenomena such as transcriptional attenuation.
