Circle-seq data and Original Images

Description

The files of "Results Circleseq" are the analytical results of Circle-seq, including figures, xls files, bw files, bed files and so on. With the help of visualization tools such as IGV (Integrative Genomics Viewer) or UCSC Genome Browser to load the *.bw and *.bed files in the "\3.for_IGV" folder, you can visualize the enrichment of reads in the genome. The Original Images for Blots are the collection of unprocessed Wb figures.
