Bowen Jia, , Description
Material properties of postsynaptic density condensates are governed by multivalent interactions of PSD scaffold proteins. We found in this study that oligomerization of Shank3 is vital to orchestrate molecular organization and PSD material properties, which are directly correlated to synaptic functions. This dataset includes data generated from experiments such as phase separation, neuronal based imaging, and single molecule tracking.
