Supplementary Data for "The Diversity of Emerging Tick-Borne Viruses Globally: From Discoveries to Zoonotic Risk Assessment"
Description
This dataset contains supplementary materials supporting the research article "The Diversity of Emerging Tick-Borne Viruses Globally: From Discoveries to Zoonotic Risk Assessment" (Manuscript ID: MED-D-25-00650R3). It includes eight supplementary figures and one literature search results file. The supplementary figures (S1–S8) provide detailed phylogenetic analyses of emerging tick-borne viruses (TBVs): Figures S1–S6 and S8 present phylogenetic trees of 19 viral families (including RNA and DNA viruses) based on conserved genes (e.g., RdRp, ORF1, Capsid protein), while Figure S7 offers dual-gene phylogenetic analysis of the Nodaviridae family. These analyses complement the main text Figure 1 and validate the taxonomic classification and evolutionary relationships of TBVs described in the STAR Methods. The literature search results file lists all references included in the study’s dataset, supporting the data collection and analysis for Figures 1–4 and Data S1–S6 in the main manuscript. This dataset facilitates the reproduction of phylogenetic analyses and transparency of literature sources, aiding further research on TBV diversity and zoonotic risk.
