SQSTM1/p62 knockdown induces transcriptomic changes and hepatopancreatic structural alterations in Litopenaeus vannamei

Description

The deposited dataset includes the raw paired-end RNA-seq reads from the control and Lv-p62 knockdown groups, gene-level count and FPKM expression matrices with annotations, the complete gene expression comparison between groups, the list of differentially expressed genes identified using q < 0.05 and |fold change| > 2, and the qRT-PCR validation data for selected DEGs. These files provide the raw sequencing data and processed results supporting the transcriptomic analyses presented in this study.
