This dataset contains the supplementary tables and figures associated with the article “Effectiveness and safety of oral Janus kinase inhibitors in patients aged ≤12 with alopecia areata: a systematic review and meta-analysis” (DOI: 10.1016/j.jdrv.2026.02.002). It includes supporting materials for the systematic review and meta-analysis, including the search strategy, screening flowchart, study characteristics, quality assessment, pooled outcomes for SALT change, SALT ≤20, complete scalp hair regrowth, relapse, adverse events, and subgroup analyses according to medicine, alopecia subtype, age group, and continent.
