This dataset comprising include species level data from six arthropods groups (spiders, ground beetles, myriapodes, Opiliiones, Odonata and signing insects) sampled in 120 locations spanning three biomes (temperate, boreal and tundra) along a 17.2° latitudinal gradient, and over a seven-year period. Overall, it represent ~30,000 individuals from 524 arthropod species. They were collected by the "Réseau de suivi de la biodiversité au Québec" ("Québec Biodiversity Monitoring Network" dedicated to follow the impact of climate changes on biodiversity in the province of Québec, Canada. Our objective is to develop a methgod to select the best potential bioindicators of the climate changes based on a space-for-time approach.
