This data shows about outcome of flowcytometry for the variables (CTR-1, Pgp, E-Cadherin, GSH, ERCC1, and Annexin V for all the study groups including the combination of melatonin and cisplatin groups

Steps to reproduce

We used experiment laboratory design using combination of cisplatin and melatonin in cisplatin-resistant ovarian cancer cell was conducted using SKOV3. Cell was cultured and harvested, MTS assay was used for cell viability and flowcytometry for the study.
