The dataset provides the daily times series of NIFTY Energy Index of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd during the COVID Pandemic Period from January 2020 to December 2021. The various sectors were influenced by the COVID-19 Pandemic but some sectors were excepted from the COVID-19 Pandemic (lock down) like Health Care, Energy, etc, .This dataset shows the Open, High, Low, Close, Shares Traded, Turnover and Nifty Energy Index Return for the Covid-19 pandemic period. As a fast-growing economy, India has become one of the largest energy intensive countries in the World. Energy is a crucial input for India's development process. The need of the hour, therefore, is to meet the energy needs of all segments of India's population in the most efficient and cost-effective manner while ensuring long-term sustainability. The Dataset also explore the values of Descriptive statistics, Correlogram, Unit Root and Volatility test for daily prices of NIFTY Energy Indices during the COVID Pandemic Period from January 2020 to December 2021.
