Description

The datasets are for chlorophyll derivatives processed proton NMR datasets - phytochemistry (Nicandra physalodes). The compound was isolated from dichloromethane extract of N.physaloides leaves as a third column fraction eluted using 40 % ethyl acetate in hexane. The datasets were collected using standard NMR methods - a 5 mm probe (500 MHz) in deuterated chloroform. Interpretation of the data requires knowledge of NMR spectroscopy and peak assignments for the pheophorbide system and phytyl group of epimeric chlorophylls.
