Description

Data 1 shows the output pulse width and the repetition rate versus continuous wave(CW) pump power at 523nm, they were measured by Thorlabs DET02AFC detector and Oscilloscope. Data 2 shows the output energy versus CW pump power at 523nm, which equals output power divided by repetition rate. With 5W pump power, 67μJ pulse energy with 2ns pulse width and 1.33KHz repetition rate 523nm laser was obtained. Figure 1 is the beam quality testing result which shows that the 523nm laser is operating in TEM00 mode, it was measured by Thorlabs BP209-VIS Beam quality analyzer. Figure 2 shows 2ns pulse width at 5W pump power , the pulse was measured by a Thorlab DET02AFC detector and Oscilloscope. This laser can be ideal radiation sources for Lidar and Ultraviolet light.
