This Dataset describes the information selection and extraction process that was used to carry out the review article entitled "Enhancing Health Customer Service with Artificial Intelligence". The origin of the information sources, their repositories, years and relevant information to understand the methodology according to the guidelines of the PRISMA Methodology are described.
