This dataset contains the experimental data supporting the study on the effects of saline irrigation and sugarcane bagasse ash fertilization on the physiological responses of sesame (Sesamum indicum L.). The dataset includes measurements of gas exchange, photosynthetic pigments, leaf water potential, and complementary analyses, including soil, irrigation water, and sugarcane bagasse ash chemical characterization. These data support the analyses and conclusions presented in the associated research article.
