Supplementary Video 1. Surgeon’s point-of-view camera recording The saphenous vein graft was anastomosed to the obtuse marginal branch during on-pump beating CABG. Because of stabilizer use (arrow), visual assessment was limited to global left ventricular wall motion. Ventricular fibrillation developed 15 s after the start of the video, indicated by a star (★) in the upper-right corner.
