This dataset contains the high-resolution systematic grid matrix and reproducibility data used to evaluate the landscape-scale occupancy, niche partitioning, and species-environment relationships of three co-occurring destructive bark beetle species (Dendroctonus micans, Ips typographus, and Ips sexdentatus) within the Caucasus biodiversity hotspot (Artvin province, northeastern Türkiye).
