Description of the data and file structure The file is shared in a spss dataset format. In the following line we will describe each variable. In the dataset each variable is followed by a number (from 1 to 4), representing the menstruation phase in which that value was collected (For example: distTOT2 is the total distance covered in meters during the pre-ovulation week) ID (is the identification number for each subject), durata (is the weekly duration of the training sessions monitored expressed in minute), distTOT (is the total distance covered in meters), HSR (high speed running, which is the total meters covered over a specific thresholds), ACC and DEC (are the number of accelerations/deceleretions), RPE and sRPE (the first is the weekly mean of rate of perceived exertion, while the second is the product of time and RPE values for each training session)
