Steps to reproduce
Cells were seeded in 6-cm culture dishes, which were plasma cleaned and coated with or without PLL. After 90 min of free migration, cells were suspended with pipetting and collected on ice. Samples were separated into two copies. One copy is analyzed for total fluorescence intensity per cell by the Cytoflex LX flow cytometer (Beckman). The other copy is collected by centrifugation and lysed with SDS loading buffer, and subjected to SDS-PAGE without boiling. Anti-GFP antibody (WB, 1:2500) was purchased from Roche (11814460001). Anti-RFP antibody (WB, 1:1000) was purchased from TaKaRa (#632496). Anti-actin antibody (1:1000) was purchased from Zenbio (#200068-8F10).
