This is Experimental data of “The role of the curved southern Asian margin between the Tarim and Tajik cratons during the evolution of the Pamir, insights from sandbox modeling ”that will be submitted toTectonics. This data includes top-view photographs of three experiments and movies of the experimental process. These movies were created by taking a photo every 0.5 cm of the shortening process during the experiment. The structure features explanation is showed at shortening amounts of 35 mm, 60 mm, 90 mm, 119 mm, 127 mm, and 150 mm in each experiment.
