Description

Supplementary Methods describe the study design, patient eligibility criteria, treatment regimen, and outcome measures used in this study. Statistical analyses for evaluating clinical efficacy and safety over 12 weeks are also detailed. Supplementary Figures include a flow diagram of patient assignment and follow-up (Figure S1), clinical photographs before and after spesolimab treatment (Figure S2), and changes in clinical scores over 12 weeks (Figure S3), illustrating treatment responses in GPP and Pwp patients. Supplementary Tables provide baseline demographics and clinical characteristics of enrolled patients (Table S1), as well as a summary of adverse events observed after 12 weeks of spesolimab treatment (Table S2).
