Seasonal and Nutritional Modulation of Leptin and Ghrelin and Their Associations with Reproductive Hormones during the Estrous Cycle in Thai Native Cattle (Bos indicus)
Description
Data of the manuscript entitled "Seasonal and Nutritional Modulation of Leptin and Ghrelin and Their Associations with Reproductive Hormones during the Estrous Cycle in Thai Native Cattle (Bos indicus)" The dataset includes raw and summarized data of circulating metabolic and reproductive hormone concentrations measured in Thai native cattle (Bos indicus) across the estrous cycle. Hormones analyzed include leptin, ghrelin, estradiol, and luteinizing hormone (LH). Blood samples were collected at defined time points (days 0–21 of the estrous cycle) under different seasonal conditions (summer, rainy season, and winter) and dietary treatments (high-concentrate diet and low-concentrate diet). Data are presented as mean ± standard deviation (SD), with statistical annotations indicating significant differences within
