The dataset contains ITZ thickness values calculated from Monte Carlo simulations where representative area element (RAE) and cement phase parameters were varied.

Steps to reproduce
Monte Carlo simulations were carried out to evaluate ITZ thicknesses for varying values of RAE (size and shape of the RAE) and cement phase parameters (w/c ratio, shape and spread of the cement particle distribution, and maximum and minimum size of cement particle). The simulations have been carried out, and convergence is monitored in real time to ensure statistical reliability.
