Description

The Tennessee Eastman Process (TEP) is one of the most representative and widely used standard simulation benchmarks in the fields of chemical process control and fault diagnosis. Developed and publicly released by Eastman Chemical Company in the early 1990s (1993), it was designed to provide a unified, high-fidelity testbed with realistic industrial complexity for the validation of industrial process monitoring, fault detection and diagnosis (FDD), multivariate statistical modeling, and advanced control strategies.
