This dataset contains the software for C-HSI, a compact, end-to-end open-source hyperspectral imaging platform spanning acquisition to analysis. It includes two Jupyter notebooks: CHSILabv1.ipynb, for loading, processing, and analyzing captured hyperspectral datacubes (band visualization, spectral plotting, radiometric normalization, principal component analysis, and spectral indexing), and CHSIStreamv1.ipynb, for live camera streaming, wavelength calibration, and push-broom scanning of the C-HSI camera. Installation and usage instructions are provided in the included README file. The accompanying hardware design files are published as a separate dataset
