Description

Software written in the Wolfram Mathematica language for the simulation of the alcoholic fermentation processes. Both isothermal and non-isothermal simulations codes are provided.

Steps to reproduce

Just execute all cells consecutively, choosing the sections according to the type of fermentation (isothermal or non-isothermal).
