UHPLC–Orbitrap MS dataset for metabolite profiling of the antibacterial n-butanol fraction from Cucumis melo pedicel

Description

This dataset contains processed UHPLC–Orbitrap MS data for the n-butanol fraction of Cucumis melo pedicel. The data were generated for untargeted metabolite profiling to support the chemical characterization of the antibacterial fraction described in the associated manuscript. The dataset includes processed peak tables in positive and negative ion modes, metabolite annotation and quantification tables, TIC/BPC profiles, MS/MS spectral matching figures, and method reports. Metabolites were putatively annotated based on accurate mass and MS/MS spectral matching against HMDB, MassBank, LipidMaps, mzCloud, KEGG, and an in-house database.
