relationships within the research mediation model by mapping teachers' internal psychological resources (proactive personality, motivation, and commitment) and their voluntary contributions beyond formal duties (OCB), to determine their impact on actual success in managing practical classes and producing competent graduates (teacher effectiveness). Through this series of statements, the study seeks to empirically prove whether teachers' internal readiness directly enhances their teaching effectiveness, or whether this positive impact is significantly accelerated when mediated by OCB behavior within Vocational High Schools

Steps to reproduce

This dataset (Survey Instrument) of OCB Mediation Vocational Teachers. This Instrument is adapted, retranslated and validated. Data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 65 respondents. The method used is quantitative with surveys. Instruments used questionnaires. Software used to process data later with Smart-PLS. C used SEM-PLS.
