Zebrafish larvae trajectory
Description
This dataset contains two-dimensional trajectories, x (cm) and y (cm), of zebrafish larvae recorded during behavioral assays. The trajectories were obtained from digitized HD video recordings lasting 5--7 min and acquired at 30 fps. Larvae were reared under controlled laboratory conditions until 7 days post-fertilization (7 dpf). The dataset is suitable for analyses of locomotor activity, spatial exploration, and trajectory-based behavioral metrics.

Steps to reproduce
1. Zebrafish larvae were reared under controlled laboratory conditions until 7 days post-fertilization (7 dpf). 2. Individual larvae were placed in the experimental arena and recorded using an HD video camera at 30 fps for 5--7 min. 3. Video files were processed to digitize the position of each larva frame by frame. 4. The two-dimensional coordinates were converted into x (cm) and y (cm) trajectories. 5. The trajectory files were organized and stored as the final dataset.
