This data was collected from free online datasets, such as Eurostat, World Bank Development Indicators, Worldwide Governance Indicators, Index of Economic Freedom. It was used for an article "The implications of ageing for business dynamics". The dataset is shared in Mendeley to facilitate reproduction of the results.
