Description

This dataset contains quantitative survey data from 385 participants collected for the study "Epistemic Trust, Algorithm Aversion, and Intolerance of Uncertainty in AI-Assisted Hiring: A Mixed-Methods PLS-SEM and fsQCA Study." The data were gathered to examine the relationships among epistemic trust, algorithm aversion, intolerance of uncertainty, and perceptions of AI-assisted hiring systems. The dataset includes demographic variables, measurement items for all study constructs. All personal identifiers have been removed to ensure participant anonymity and compliance with ethical research standards, and the dataset is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research.
