Review and understanding of the psychosocial risk established in organizational areas in Colombia.

Description

The present article aims to analyze existing reviews on psychosocial risk in the workplace, in order to achieve the conceptualization of the causes of its emergence in organizations and the related research. It also explores the promotion and prevention strategies that exist, as well as the different types of interventions aimed both at workers and at the organizational structure. Through this review, it seeks to contribute to the understanding and management of these risks, prioritizing the impact they have on mental health and workplace well-being.
