Supplemental Figures: 1 - Initial clinical presentation with edematous, erythematous pseudocyst and site of most recent incision and drainage procedure. 2 - Surgical marking demonstrating peripheral extent of pseudocyst with plan for fusiform excision. 3 - 2 month post-op clinical photo with no evidence of pseudocyst recurrence.
