Reproducibility package for the manuscript "Surrogate-Assisted and Metaheuristic Design Optimization of Low-Wind-Velocity Energy Harvesters: A Methodology-First Systematic Review." Contents: the 84-study analytical corpus (corpus.csv); a 12-sheet data-extraction workbook (corpus, design-loop efficiency, methodology x mechanism maturity matrix, PRISMA counts, research agenda, surrogate/optimizer families, temporal trends, screening reliability, sensitivity, reporting completeness, open cross-check); the analysis and figure-generation code (Python); the a priori protocol, completed PRISMA 2020 checklist and verbatim per-database search queries; the reproducible open-database (OpenAlex + Semantic Scholar) query URLs; all figures (600 dpi PNG + vector PDF); and 200 references, each with an exact Crossref-verified DOI. Identification used two fully open databases on 3 July 2026 (OpenAlex 152, Semantic Scholar 108); Scopus and Web of Science were used only to confirm indexing. Screening was single-reviewer with intra-rater reliability Cohen's kappa = 0.91. Data and documentation: CC BY 4.0; code: MIT.
