Description

The dataset contains experimental discrete-band VIS-NIR spectral measurements of lemon (Citrus limon) leaves for disease detection. It has three classes: Healthy, Citrus Canker and Citrus Greening (HLB) with 15 leaf samples and 781,628 spectral readings in CSV format. The dataset would be useful for research in plant disease detection, spectral analysis, machine learning and deep learning.

Steps to reproduce

Leaf samples were assigned to one of three diagnostic classes: Healthy (Control), Citrus Canker, and Citrus Greening (HLB). Spectral measurements were taken from the leaf surface with a discrete-band VIS-NIR spectrometer under the defined experimental conditions. Each leaf specimen was measured for several spatial parameters. The resulting spectral measurements were saved in CSV format and sorted by diagnostic class and leaf specimen. The provided files can be used for spectral pre-processing, exploratory analysis, feature extraction and machine learning or deep learning based disease classification.
