This dataset supports the study on differential metabolites in fermented whole-fat and skim milk after 8 h of fermentation. It includes untargeted LC-MS metabolomics data for whole-fat (G5 vs. G6) and skim (G7 vs. G8) groups.The data were used to identify metabolites differing between control and CLA treatments in each fat type.
