Overall Satisfaction Survey

Description

Data were collected to identify student satisfaction with services provided by a private higher education institution in the Brazilian Amazon. A questionnaire was applied to six hundred students about how satisfied they are in relation to the institution. The question had five answer options. For data interpretation, descriptive statistics should be used.
